The Next Season of Your Business offers you a space to slow down, listen more closely and explore what is truly asking for your attention.
This is not a conventional discovery call.
It is a complete coaching session in its own right — whether or not we decide to work together afterwards.
A different way to approach a business question
During the session, we use one or more cards from L’Oracle des Saisons as reflective prompts.
The cards do not predict the future.
They do not hold an answer that you cannot access yourself.
Instead, their images, symbols and seasonal perspectives can interrupt familiar patterns of thought and reveal associations, tensions or possibilities that a purely analytical conversation might overlook.
The value does not come from being told what the cards mean.
It comes from participating consciously in the meaning-making process — while remaining grounded in the realities of your business.
What we might explore
You can bring a specific question or simply a sense that something needs to change.
For example:
- My business works, so why does it no longer feel satisfying?
- What am I ready to stop carrying?
- Which direction feels genuinely alive rather than merely sensible?
- Does this offer, project or collaboration still deserve my energy?
- What needs to be preserved, transformed or released?
- How can my business evolve without requiring more and more from me?
- What do I want to preserve as deeply human in my work as AI transforms how we operate?
- What kind of business do I actually want to inhabit now?
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formulated question.
Identifying the real question is part of the conversation.
During our conversation
Together, we will:
- clarify what lies beneath your initial question
- explore what feels alive, depleted, constrained or unresolved
- use the cards as catalysts for reflection
- distinguish intuition and meaningful insight from assumptions and projections
- identify the decision, experiment or conversation that could move the situation forward
- clarify whether you need further support or simply time to act on what has emerged
You will leave with a clearer understanding of what is at stake and at least one grounded next step.
This conversation may be for you if…

- you feel caught between several possible directions
- your usual ways of thinking are no longer producing useful answers

No previous experience with oracle cards is needed.
Curiosity and a willingness to look honestly at your situation are enough.

This conversation does not commit you to a longer programme.
It may give you all the clarity you need to take your next step independently.
If our conversation reveals that a deeper reconfiguration of your business would be useful, we can also consider the most appropriate way forward:
- a structured diagnostic of your business ecology
- a collective experience to rethink how you want to inhabit and develop your business
- deeper private advisory and mentoring.
I will only suggest further work when it appears genuinely relevant. There is no expectation or pressure to continue.

L’Oracle des Saisons is a reflective card deck created to support meaningful conversations, personal inquiry and more cyclical ways of navigating change.
Its cards explore the movements we encounter in life and creative work: emergence, expansion, maturation, fruition, release, uncertainty, rest and renewal.
The deck is not used here to give you advice or determine your future.
It helps us encounter your question from perspectives that may not yet have been available to you.
Who am I ?
I’m Emilie Grau, founder of Slowpreneurs and co-creator of L’Oracle des Saisons.
I support established entrepreneurs who want to rethink their business in the age of AI — preserving what makes it viable while restoring meaning, vitality and agency.
My work sits at the intersection of regenerative business ecology, strategy, leadership, creativity and discernment.
Rather than imposing ready-made answers, I create spaces in which we can examine a business as a living ecology:
What sustains it?
What depletes it?
What has reached completion?
What is trying to emerge?
As technologies become increasingly capable of producing answers, I believe some deeply human capacities become even more important: discernment, imagination, interpretation, relationship and the ability to decide what is worth doing.
This reflective and regenerative conversation is one way of placing those capacities back at the centre.
